Our main objective was to effortlessly and efficiently roll out the National Skills Development Strategy II and now leading into Strategy III by developing skills and capabilities through the learnership and apprenticeship pathway system. The skill of a workforce is the determining factor to the success of any company, and even every company globally. Competitiveness locally and globally will only be reached if this target of skills development will be met.

We have an experienced team of consultants, managers, educationalists and administrative personnel as well as facilitators, assessors and moderators who are subject matter experts. Our team is well experienced and qualified and have been involved in delivering outcomes-based services and solutions for the past two decades.

We also specialise in BBBEE development, focusing on enterprise solutions and social responsibilities and support companies in BBBEE scorecard optimisation.
